Ingredients:
- 1.33 lbs. boneless skinless chicken bosom, 4 pieces
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 2 oz. decreased fat cream cheddar
- 3 tbsp. green onions, cleaved
- 1/2 cup decreased fat destroyed cheddar
Instructions:
- Preheat your flame broil or preheat the stove to 425 degrees.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Flame broil it for 5-7 minutes for each side or until cooked through. In the stove, place the chicken in a preparing dish and cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- In the interim, combine the jalapenos, cream cheddar, green onions, and cheddar.
- For the flame broil – take the cooked chicken and spot it on a bit of foil. Spread the cream cheddar jalapeno blend on top and come back to flame broil. Close top with flame broil for 3-4 minutes until cheddar starts to liquefy.
- For the stove – evacuate the preparing dish and spread the cream cheddar jalapeno blend over the chicken. Come back to stove and cook 8-10 minutes or until cheddar I rich and softened.
